3 Jobs That Will Survive AI
Three types of jobs that will still be around no matter how good AI gets are healthcare and care workers, skilled tradespeople, and people who manage and oversee AI itself. Nurses, therapists, and counselors work with people in ways that require real human connection and trust. Most patients and clients want a real person with them during hard moments in their lives and AI simply cannot replace that. Electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and mechanics work in messy real world situations where every job is different. A house is not a computer file and fixing a broken pipe or wiring a new building requires hands, judgment, and problem solving on the spot. Robots are not reliable enough to do this kind of work yet and probably will not be for a long time. People who work in AI itself, like AI trainers, AI safety researchers, and people who build and check AI systems, are also very safe. Someone has to make sure these tools work correctly and do not cause harm. These jobs did not exist ten years ago and they are growing fast. Beyond these three, any job that mixes human judgment with AI skills will do well.
